Please notify us as soon as you wish to cancel any items. Deliveries usually arrive within 3 – 5 working days of your order. You may incur a charge if you wish to cancel an item that has already arrived in our warehouse. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel items that are Print on Demand.
All returns claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery arriving. You must agree returns with us before sending anything back to our warehouse. All returns are subject to a return & handling fee, however we will incur these fees if an error has been made by us. If you do so, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you use a means of return that is not arranged by us we recommend using a service that offers a proof of delivery. All items must be returned in mint condition. We cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit if you return items yourself.
The following items are usually not eligible for return. However please check with us.
- Print on demand titles
- Audio/Visual resources that have been opened/unsealed
- Packs of workbooks that have been opened/unsealed
- Loose-leaf publications that have been opened/unsealed
- Teachers resources
- Electronic/Online resources
- Foreign language editions
- Items imported from abroad
- Items that have been stamped or labelled for your school’s reference
Damaged or Faulty Items
All claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery arriving. At the time of claiming, we will arrange the return of the item with you. We will then arrange a replacement order and a credit note to be raised on receipt of the item.
